Raw Material Preparation and Dosing System (Ceramics Industry)

  • Raw material preparation in accordance with the recipe was carried out with 7 weighing belts, 4 crushers, a pallet conveyor, and a bunker system with 1 helix.
  • The prepared raw material was converted into sludge in the mill with water, silicate and various chemicals.
  • Thanks to continuous dosing, 24/7 production was carried out, the consumption of raw materials and chemicals was recorded daily and monthly.
  • Dosing values were recorded and reporting was performed.
  • Within the scope of Industry 4.0, all data was transferred to the central system instantly.
