Sorter Simulation (Textile Industry)

  • A simulation was prepared for the sorter project in the textile industry.
  • The daily capacity was determined by changing the parameters of the parcel entry speed, the number of personnel, and the rate of removal of the parcel from the system.
  • As a result of the simulation, it was understood that the belt speeds were not sufficient and the speeds were increased before the production, the system worked without any problems at the predicted capacity.
